Roll back a Figma file with version history
Figma checkpoints every file automatically every 30 minutes, plus whenever your connection drops or the app crashes. Click the file name in the toolbar and choose Show Version History to browse them, or press Cmd+Option+S (Ctrl+Alt+S on Windows) to save a named version before a risky change. Restoring is non-destructive — the current state stays in history. On the free Starter plan, history only goes back 30 days.
